Here you will have to deal with all the technical issues relating to manage a website in addition to maintaining the relevant information of your loved ones on the website. 2) What will happen to my virtual grave after my Death?

3) How long will my virtual grave account remain open after my death?

There is no restriction on the maximum amount of time your account will remain open. However, we shall guarantee that we shall keep your account active for at least 25 years after your death. |

4) Do you keep all my email addresses private?

Any email addresses used, or entered into mylastemail.com, are strictly private and confidential and will not be used in any additional marketing, or sold or rented to any third parties. Please view our privacy policy for further information. |

5) How do I know that my subscription is about to expire?

We will normally contact you by either phone or email to notify you of the expiry of your subscription. |

7) Why are there subscription charges to join this service?

| Mylastemail.com is managed and run by a full time team of very experienced and senior people who need to be paid for their time. As technology is constantly changing our Network and IT infrastructure needs to be kept robust secure and fully resilient at all times. There is no such thing as a free lunch we have to pay for all professional services that we use. Above all this is a professional service for only genuine people who are prepared to pay for it. |

8) How does mylastemail.com know when to alert my chosen recipients about my messages?
|
|
During the creation of your account you will notify your chosen recipients about the special messages that have been stored for them. An email will be sent to them at that moment in time or you can select a date for an automated response at some point in the future. There is nothing stopping you from letting them know aswell that you have selected them as recipients of special messages that they can access after your death.
The main thing to ensure is that you constantly update their details on your account so we always have valid email addresses.
Once we are satisfied that your messages can now be released the system will automatically send an email to your recipients email address informing them that you have left them a message. The email will include a URL link which will connect them straight to your virtual grave.

9) How can I be certain that my messages will be delivered after my death?
|
|
| If a message has not been viewed within thirty days after our original notification has been sent, then a second email is automatically generated. If the recipients address is no longer valid or otherwise non-functional then we will be unable to guarantee delivery of your messages. As these messages will be stored in your account there is no harm in you educating your chosen recipients about our service which will encourage them to contact us after your death. Once we have verified them and can see that they were on the original recipient list we will allow them access to their specific messages. |

10) What if I forget my login username and/ or password?
|

| To recover a lost username and/or password, click on ‘Lost Password’ in the ‘Registered User Login’ box and enter your registered email address. Your user name and password will then be sent to the email address specified. |

11) How do I update my personal details?
|
|
You can update your details anytime such as name, address and email address, within the registered user’s area of mylastemail.com. This is a totally flexible service where you are the ones that will have full control of the account. You can also change your beneficeries on your account at anytime. In this dynamic and interactive society we are now living in, the creators of mylastemail are fully aware that your selected recipient may change from time to time.

13) What will happen to my account after my death?
|
|
| Whatever you have written, recorded and stored on your account will never be changed and will remain exactly the same as you left it. Only the people you have chosen will have access to your account to the material that is specifically for them. During the course of your life it is your responsibility to ensure that all your messages are kept upto date and valid. This also applies to the recipient list. |

14) If I do not renew my service what will happen to the messages and files that I have already inserted into my account?

| For a limited period you will still have access to our control panel in order to access your account and delete all files and messages yourself. You may prefer to do this yourself for your own peace of mind. However if you do not do this yourself then after a fixed period of 12 months our system will automatically clean your account thus deleting all files. The reason why we keep your account dormant for about 12 months is just in case you decide to renew your services again. |

15) Will anyone else be able to view the files on my account?
|

16) How will MyLastEmail.com know that I have died?
|
|
When you become a registered member of mylastemail.com you will receive an acceptance letter from us by email. Please print another copy of this acceptance letter and give it to either your next of kin or any other responsible adult that you can trust. The whole purpose of this is to let at least another person know that you have registered for this service.
It will be the task of this nominated person to notify us once you have passed away. Once we are notified of your death we will the go through a strict verification process in order to validate this for security reasons. As part of this process we will need to see a certified copy of a death certificate. Using the personal details that we have on file we will also endeavour to contact you to see whether you are still alive and if you really have expired we doubt that we will be able to talk to you.
Once all internal procedures have been correctly followed and we are satisfied that this is a genuine claim, then the admin team at mylastemail.com will arrange to make the members information available to their selected recipients. All recipients will be required to log in to a secure server in order to access these messages.

17) What age group does this service cater for?

The planet is engulfed in natural disasters like the recent Tsunami, earthquakes, hurricanes and not forgetting global warming. Lets not mention the major military conflicts and civil wars.
